​Target Audience: Mature grown ups who are passionate about acting, playing, writing, studying, presentations, and preparation.

​Environment: Designed for privacy, peace of mind, and to eventually become a Heritage House seasoned early by the sages who pass through.
​Facilities & Operations

​Living Spaces: Room comes with a private bathroom and an unfurnished walk-in closet.

​Kitchen Privileges: Includes kitchen privileges with no commercial cooking, and soon to be a garden.

​Laundry: The host is looking into a washer and dryer, but there may be a period without laundry facilities on-site.

​Utilities: Verizon wireless WiFi is available for $40.00.

​Parking: Parking is available in the driveway.

​House Rules & Expectations

​Dress Code:
modest, casual, no pajamas all day unless your hanging in your room, please, at least usually.

​Weapons: All weapons, including firearms and hunting knives, must be kept locked away.

​Room Changes: Ask before making any changes.

​Conduct: No outside troublemakers ("no letting azzholees in").
​Financial & Application Terms
​Rent: $1,000.00 per month or $350.00 per week, for an unfurnished room.
​Extra Occupants: $500.00 additional fee for an extra person.
​Fees & Deposits: * Deposit: $100.00
​Cleaning fee: $20.00

​Move-out Policy: Same-day notice is permitted. The deposit is returned within five days if the room is left clean and in the same condition as when you moved in.
​Background: Applicants with a criminal background may apply but must discuss it with the host upfront.
