​Amenities & Shared Spaces

​Shared Spaces: Sharesies in the kitchen, soon to be the garden, and whatever you need. A cupboard on top and bottom and refrigerator/freezer space.

​Bathroom: Private bathroom located inside your own room.

​Utilities: WiFi available for $40.00 (Verizon Wireless).

​Laundry: I'm looking into a washer and dryer; however, you may face a period of time without laundry on site.

​Parking: Parking in the driveway.

​House Rules

​Lifestyle: Gender is not important, nor are personal lifestyle choices, neither is culture bring your own culture welcome. Enjoy your choices or change them as needed. Everything in moderation.

​Dress Code: Prefer no uniforms in the parking lot; please change at work.
​Security: Lock away all firearms, hunting knives, and weapons.

Vape okay, smoke outside or in garage if raining.

Overnight guests no more then two nights without discussion.

Parties or evening when friends just give a heads up the day before and leave a note out.

No commercial cooking at this point, it's hot out live in sandwiches or one pot dinners. You may attach you coffee pot, tea pot, and whatever you need.

No going on each other's rooms as far as housemates, there are two living rooms and a large open den, a backyard, and plenty of room. Okay if you know one another but that can cost you all your happiness when you let the right one in at the wrong time. Bring your own friends to your room. We didn't need entrance.

Alcohol is fine.
No street drugs

​Modifications: Please ask before making any changes.

​Access: No letting unauthorized individuals in.

​Background: All backgrounds are welcome (EEOE on housing); just discuss any criminal background with me upfront, once, and then forget it.

​Financials & Rates

​Rent: $1,000.00/month or $350.00/week (unfurnished with a walk-in closet).
​Extra Person: $500.00.
​Deposit: $100.00.
​Cleaning Fee: $20.00.

FYI: We have a master suite available for $1250.00 plus $500.00 per extra person, but you could put four people in that room. So, whatever you need talk to me.

​Terms & Conditions

​Move-In: Move in right away.

​Notice: Same-day notice is accepted if you decide to leave. If the room is clean and in the same shape as when you moved in, you will get the deposit back within five days.

​Grit & Tenacity: We value the grit it takes to keep your life going and recognize the struggle of the profession. Just be straightforward, and we will help you on your way.
