Private suite available inside a quiet, owner-occupied 2021 home in Davenport, Florida.

Unlike a typical room rental, the renter will have a private bedroom, a private bathroom located directly next to the bedroom, and a dedicated full kitchen reserved for their use.

The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sink, countertops, cabinets and pantry storage.

Included in the monthly rent:

• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Parking
• Weekly scheduled washer and dryer access

Entry is through the home’s main front door. The entrance hallway and laundry room are shared. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are reserved for the renter’s use. There is no separate exterior entrance or private living room.

A large adult German Shepherd lives in the homeowner’s portion of the home, so applicants must be comfortable living in a home with a large dog. No additional pets are permitted.

Rent: $1,350 per month
Security deposit: $1,350
Initial lease: Six months, with renewal available
Occupancy: Maximum two adults

Every adult occupant must complete identity, income and background verification. First month’s rent and the security deposit are required before move-in.
