I’m looking for one person or two people to take over my space at Palmaris Gateway in St Pete. The rooms are available anytime between mid-August and mid-September, with the lease running through August 1, 2027.

The apartment is in a great central location in Pinellas County, just minutes from Topgolf, Publix, Target, restaurants, shopping, and I-275, making it easy to get to downtown St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, and the beaches.

Rent:
• Total apartment rent: $2,735/month (includes apartment fees; utilities not included)
• If all three bedrooms are occupied, rent is split evenly at approximately $912/month per person, plus utilities.
• I’m open to renting both rooms to one person or each room separately to two individuals.

About the apartment. It's a 3 bedroom, 2-bath apartment, I am renting out the primary bedroom with a private bathroom and the third bedroom. It's Pet-friendly and the lease runs through August 1, 2027

The complex hasa resort-style pool & sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, business center with private office spaces, clubhouse with billiards & shuffleboard, outdoor summer kitchen & BBQ grills, dog park & pet wash station, it is a gated community with on-site maintenance, has EV charging stations, garages & storage units available.

The bedrooms and common area would be unfurnished.

The current roommate is 39-year-old female who works in insurance. All genders welcome!
