Moved in last August, the apartment is BEAUTIFUL, I was able to get it for much less than advertised. 

Rent is $1659 plus some fees that end up being about $1780 a month (Unit is advertised at $1940+ on the website)

Wi-Fi is included and it’s insanely fast, smart door lock, screened-in balcony as well. 

1 bed/1 bath right off the bridge in St. Petersburg, the complex is called The Preserve at Gateway.  Location is amazing, you’ll be right across the bridge from Tampa and Clearwater

Need a tenant ASAP, at the beginning of March, with the lease ending July 6th
