Cute 3 bedroom home share still open

Hello my name is Amber my boyfriend's name is Blake we both live in this household in the same bedroom we have a room available for somebody preferably that works or makes income enough to take care of themselves and pay their rent. We don't judge anyone who drinks alcohol but we do highly advise any alcohol to be out of sight because we are recovering addicts. We have a cute large room available it's kind of small but it's the largest room that was in the house originally we also have a second bedroom that we may consider out renting right now we are using it as a storage room until we can figure out what we could do with what's in there from previous roommates. We have a large backyard small bathroom shared but it is convenience to 6 mi from downtown St Petersburg. We also have a meadowlawn Park if you like to fish it's a great area to have some time to yourself. We are close to bus stops we also have room for a car to be parked outside. We will consider a pet for a pet deposit fee. Utilities are not included around this time of year you're going to pay at the most $150 for both utilities water and electric maybe less. Rent all together for the house is $2,450 we split that between three people and then it makes it 817 a piece. When you move in you do what you want no curfew no being told how to live your life if you do have people come over just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure everything is tidied up and we can remove ourself from the area as intended so you can visit with your loved ones. Internet is going to be free on the house there's no expectance to help pay the bill we do have an extra TV not sure if it works internet is fiber frontier with Verizon super high speed and can get a higher gigabyte depending if you work at home or not. We are a couple that don't interact with a lot of neighbors a lot of people you say to ourselves reply it and we don't like trouble he would accept the same out of our future roommate just put together and chill vibing this house is friendly my boyfriend smokes I don't but it is to be done outside not inside the house we have three baby quails in the backyard we are raising them so we're able to eat eggs and stay on a healthy diet if any of this sounds interesting you please hit me up I have free messaging by the month.
