In search for 3 female roommates in a 4 bedroom 2 bath home in St Pete near the Shoppes of Pinellas Park. 2 are available as of November 1st and the other will be availabe as of December 1st. 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor with the shared bathroom. Bedroom downstairs has a private bath and french doors to side of house. Furnishing includes full bed with mattress and mini fridges. Rent will include Wi-Fi, water, pest control, lawn service. Electricity will be divided between the number of tenants in the home. Access to Washer Dryer in home as well. Keyless entry with own code set for the longevity of lease.

First room - 8'10'' x 12' ($750) Available November 15th

Second Room - 8'11 x 12' with a WIC of 3' x 8'7'' ($850) Available December 1st

Third Room - 11'9'' x 10'5 with a private bath of 7'5'' x 8'8'' ($950) Available November 15

Asking for first and last month rent upon signing lease and am flexible with the rental term. Can be between 3 to 12 months. Proof of income is required, along with background check and eviction history check.

Looking for roommates that are easygoing, clean, respectful, and responsible. Accepting hypoallergenic dogs under twenty pounds and trained.

I am a travel nurse that is also in a masters program and am always on the go. I am between working shifts in New York and in the Clearwater area with BayCare. When I am in town, I will be staying in the MIL in the backside of the home. Ideally, I am looking for like minded roommates that are either students, professionals, or in the area temporarily for work.
