Master bedroom w/ private bath and private entry

We have the master bedroom opening up at our cozy home in central St. Pete. We’re seeking a working professional (30s - 50s) who has a stable income and doesn’t work from home. This is a private room with private bath & private entry in a 4 bedroom home.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is also in a no flood zone. We are central to everything in St. Pete - beach, downtown, Clearwater/Largo all within 15-20 min drive. Very safe and convenient access to everything around the Bay Area.

Ideally you are clean & quiet w/ mellow, low key vibes. Those of us currently living here fit that description and enjoy a drama-free, comfy home with all the creature comforts that make life a little easier (washer, dryer, dishwasher, driveway parking, etc). We clean up after ourselves as we go, so as not to leave a mess behind for anyone else.

There is a sizable back yard w/ a huge screened porch, shed and space to garden if you have interest in this. We also have a hypoallergenic cat here and have lived with numerous folks with allergies who weren’t affected by her. Not currently looking to have any other animals in the home.
