It is a small but comfortable house in an area central to just about everything. It’s 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the east and west sides of the peninsula. Bus stop is one house away from the front gate.

The bedroom is furnished and has bed linens. The TV in the bedroom is wall-mounted with a multidirectional mount. The house has a Google mesh system which will handle all three TVs.
The yard is fenced on the main street, and parking is behind the house. There are multiple gardens, a grill, and smokers with a large screened porch. The porch has an outdoor kitchen sans oven. There are two refrigerators and a washer and dryer.

Hopefully, if St. Pete ever processes my permit, it will be 100% solar with backup battery power. I’m also at the highest elevation in SP. No worries about storms.

The house is owner-occupied with one professional male roommate at this time. My current roommate is a professional sports cameraman who travels and works weird hours. So the house needs to be quiet. This is very important. My previous roommates were a visiting doctor, and active duty military officer and also worked weird hours. I would prefer someone along these lines.

Visiting nurses and doctors tend to work odd hours, so they would be a good fit. If you need a short term 1-3 months rental this would be a good fit. The visiting Dr. took the bus to John Hopkins every day.
