Hey, folks! I’m looking for some roommates in this beautiful, large house in St. Pete. The rent is $950/month for a bedroom. I’m open to male or female roommates. It’s in a SUPER nice area in between Downtown St. Pete and St. Pete Beach. It’s about 4.4 miles to Downtown St. Pete and 7 miles to St. Pete Beach…It’s available for move-in now!

About the house:
- $950/month per room + $75 flat rate to cover all utilities (which includes high-speed WiFi, power, water, gas, pest control, landscaping, and monthly cleaners)
- Available for move-in now
- All of the bedrooms are plenty large enough for a bedroom+home office.
- Cleaners come monthly to clean all common areas of the house (shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, etc.)
- Everyone has a designated parking spot - no need to ask people to move their cars due to it blocking yours!
- All common appliances (oven, laundry, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) are furnished.
- All common areas of the house (kitchen, dining room, etc.) are fully furnished
- High-speed WiFi
- Privacy touch keypad locks on bedroom doors
- You’ll share a bathroom with 1-2 other roommates
- You only need to furnish your bedroom.
