The condo is shared with a male professional in his early 30s who works full time. He’s independent, friendly, considerate and respectful, generally does his own thing, and values personal space and a quiet home environment.

There’s also a small, friendly Mini Aussie in the home. No additional dogs can be accommodated, although a cat may be considered.
