I have a furnished room available in my personal home in The Mainlands in Pinellas Park.
I’m looking for a professional, employed male, ages 40–60, who is responsible, independent, clean, considerate, and looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home.
About the Room & Home
• $1,000 per month
• One-year lease
• No security deposit
• Rent due on the 1st of each month
• Furnished private bedroom
• Bathroom shared by the visiting guests or family members of either of us
• Shared kitchen, laundry, and common areas
• Driveway parking
• Water, cable, and Wi-Fi included
• Electric bill is shared
• Shared home with me and my small dog
What I'm Looking For

• Male, 40–55 years old
• Independent and responsible
• Clean and respectful
• Reliable with rent and household responsibilities
• Reliable, well-maintained vehicle
• Comfortable handling small household handyman tasks when needed, such as changing fluorescent light bulbs, hanging blinds, assembling items, or other basic household tasks
• No smoking or vaping
• No drugs
• No alcohol
• No couples
• Background check required — $100 fee paid by applicant
• Must complete the HOA interview and approval process before moving in
The HOA's guest policy and other community requirements will be discussed during the HOA interview.
