Hello, my name is Cheyanne and I have been living at my apartment for over a year now. It’s just me and my cat in my apartment and I have always had a spare bedroom available. Been needing to save some cash so I am currently looking for a roommate. I’m very to myself but always open for a chat. My cat Kiki is very lovable, enjoys company, plays fetch and loves to spend time. She does her own thing as well so don’t worry if she’s meowing for attention! She will be just fine! My base rent for you would be half of the rent with your utilities included already. WiFi isn’t a worry I can pay that on my own. I’d love to chat with you and get to know you. Your part of the rent comes with your own private room, closet, washer and dryer (shared), private bathroom, open kitchen, pantry, open fridge, WiFi, open parking, gym, pool, closed gated community. My apartment is bottom floor, if you’re lucky you can park right up to the door! I also have a ring camera that I am 100% willing to share for privacy. Patio is open to you and so is my cooking when I’m cooking! I don’t have many friends and just moved here a year ago. So having some company would be nice. My neighbors have always been quiet and very friendly along with the staff here. If you do have pets our pet limit is 2. With me already having 1 cat it’d be up to you on paying the pet deposit, along with your 10$ pet fee a month. I hope I can chat with you soon!
