Hardwood floors throughout the home and it has been fully renovated. 2 small dogs live here and the rent is low for this area because we need a roommate who loves dogs and can take care of them when mom travels. Rent includes use of pool, all utilities, internet and off street parking. Application fee $100 plus credit report required with application.

The ideal roommate will love dogs, have a flexible job that allows time during the day to let the dogs outside when mom is traveling and the desire to walk the dogs. Mom travels a few months out of the year and typically 1 or 2 long trips and perhaps a short trip and some weekends here and there.
