I have 2 rooms for rent now!

Lease terms are negotiable as far as length of stay. Please read the entire post before messaging me.. I have two rooms available now. One is for $875 and one smaller room for $625. They both includes water, power, trash and internet. No pets since I already have 2 hypoallergenic, small dogs that stay in my room mostly. We must meet in person and check out the room and house before I consider renting it out to you to see if we’ll be a good fit. I will need first, last and a security deposit. I’ve been lenient in the past and have been burnt. So that’s firm. I’m located in a non evacuation and non flood zone.
