This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath, the shared spaces are the living room, restroom, kitchen, garage, front and back yard. This location is 15 minutes from the beach. Recent upgrades include new bathroom and kitchen. One bedroom was newly renovated. I am quiet and keep to myself. I am not a party person, I prefer no outside guests in the home.
