Description of room:
*Standard sized room roughly 11 by 12 ft w/ full closet (See photo)
*Shared bathroom (see photo) and common area
*Pool in backyard and fenced-in property
- (1) Person per room
-NO Smoking in the house

*Rent is ALL INCLUSIVE – All utilities are included. Monthly flat rent w/ no hidden upcharges.
*Moving in costs = $800 security deposit + $950 first month's rent

The house is 1650 sq. ft., with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The pool is fully fenced in, and the backyard has a large screened-in patio. The house is fully furnished, with shared living rooms, dining, and kitchen space. All of the amenities are for you to use as long as they are taken care of. It is in an extremely safe neighborhood, with a public park two minutes away, with basketball and tennis courts.

-First month's rent
-Special Offer: Pay the last month’s rent upfront and receive a 50% discount on that payment.

-A valid driver’s license or government-issued ID for identity verification
-One month’s worth of recent pay stubs to confirm income eligibility
-For those new to the area, an offer letter from your employer stating your salary will suffice.
