🏠 LOOKING FOR 2 ROOMMATES — AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 2nd

Hello everyone! I’m looking for 2 roommates to rent the two available bedrooms in my 3-bedroom home, built in mid-to-late 2025.

📅 Move-in date: November 2nd

I’m accepting applications now and will be talking with potential roommates beforehand to make sure we’re a good fit living together. Since I’ll also be living in the home, finding people who are respectful, responsible, clean, and easy to get along with is important to me.

👋 A Little About Me

My name is Yusuf, and I’m 27 years old. I work full-time for County 911 EMS and part-time at an urgent care. Between the two jobs, I typically work about 3–5 days a week, so I stay pretty busy.

I’m currently working toward my AA degree and plan to continue on to my bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.

I have a cat named Maggie 🐱, and I may be getting a puppy in the future, so you’ll need to be comfortable living around pets.

Outside of work, I’m pretty active. I play tournament paintball (probably obvious from my pictures 😂), and I’m into jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. I’m also looking to get into motorcycles and scuba diving. I enjoy gaming too, although I don’t have nearly as much time to play these days.

🔑 What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for two responsible, respectful, clean, and easygoing roommates who want a comfortable place to live and will treat the house like their own.

The rooms will be available starting November 2nd, but I’m taking applications and talking with potential roommates now so we can get everything figured out ahead of time.

💰 Rent Options — UTILITIES INCLUDED

💬 Rent may still be negotiable.

3-year agreement: Available after completing the 2-year agreement in good standing.

Renewal options available.

I’m keeping move-in as simple as possible:

No security deposit.
No move-in fees.
No pet fees.
No separate utility setup fees.
None of the typical apartment fee nonsense they bombard you with. 😂

👉 Just your first month’s rent upon move-in. That’s it.

• Shared bathroom with the other roommate — not shared with me

• Full access to the entire yard
• Two-car garage available for vehicle parking or reasonable storage
• Free high-speed internet

• ADT alarm system

🍽️ Several of my favorite restaurants are less than 5 minutes away

🐶 Pet Policy

I can most likely accommodate one approved pet, preferably a potty-trained dog.

I already have a cat, and I plan on getting a puppy eventually, so I don’t want the house getting overcrowded with animals.

If you have a cat, we can discuss it.

If you have a second pet that’s caged, I may be able to approve that as well depending on what kind of animal it is.

No pet fees.

📋 House Rules

• No overnight guests without the homeowner’s prior permission.
• Guests are welcome during reasonable daytime/evening hours.
• Tenants are responsible for their guests’ conduct.
• No parties or large gatherings.
• Guests may not effectively reside at the property.
• No smoking or vaping inside the house.
• No illegal drugs.
• Please clean up after yourself and help keep common areas clean.
• Be respectful of the house and everyone living in it.

Nothing crazy — just be considerate, respectful, and keep things clean. That’s all. 😄
