I have a 10x11 bedroom with a 2x6 closet for rent. Brand new vinyl floor, just repainted after my previous roommate moved. Large east facing window into the small side yard with the vinyl fence mostly visible. Ceiling fan. A private full bathroom with a tub shower and new glass door, with a linen closet in the hallway. Shared rest of the house, laundry and kitchen. I live in the master bedroom on the other side. I have a garage fridge and freezer for anything more than half the kitchen fridge. I have a cool enclosed porch with a projector TV, lots of plants, an above ground pool, BBQ and pizza oven I can share. I have an electric car and a remodel business, so I occupy the garage. Last roommate was able to park in the col-de-sac. I have a box van I need to get rid of. I am a chill guy, I just work and come home and hang out on the porch.
