Your room comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, TV (non-smart), desk, and chair. You’ll have access to the shared bathroom, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, entertainment room, a spacious backyard with garden, and parking. Just 15 minutes from both downtown St. Pete and the beaches — the location is peaceful but well-connected. Non-flood zone. Great for working professionals.
