Looking for a compatible roommate (male or female) preferably a person with a permanent residence out of town and wanting to rent temporarily (minimum of 8 months or more) while in the area. Must like dogs.

I am a female who owns a two bedroom, 1 bath house located close to many amenities: grocery stores, pharmacies, close to shopping malls, restaurants, parks, and short drive to the beaches. The room rent includes utilities based on ONE person occupancy: includes electricity, garbage pickup, WIFI internet, basic streaming internet TV, TV inside rental room, conservative use of water (short showers), off street driveway parking. The room renter / roommate has use of the designated common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, shared bathroom, back porch, washer and dryer.
