Tucked away on the ground floor for max privacy (think locked door and your own entrance), this spot feels like a total zen hideout with those serene poolside sights. It's set up for solo travelers only – no couples, please – and it's all about easy, low-key living.

Inside, crash on the romantic bamboo poster bed. You've got a walk-in closet to stash your stuff, a handy desk or plotting beach days, and a cute little table for two – ideal for meals or sunset cheers.

AC keeps it cool no matter the Florida heat, and the private bathroom right next to your bedroom (just a quick step through the shared space) has a dreamy rain shower. Plus, we've got a tank-less water heater for instant hot water supply, a water filtration system and softener to keep everything fresh and clean.

Step out back and it's pure bliss: Your own ticket to our saltwater pool (heated for winter soaks, chilled for summer splashes), lounge chairs, and a screened porch that's begging for lazy reads or iced drinks.

The big fenced yard is wrapped in bamboo fence and great for quiet wanders.

Kick back in the communal living room for some downtime, or head to the front porch for a cozy nook with a dining table, chairs, and French bistro curtains for that perfect touch of privacy.

The shared kitchen makes life simple – snag space in the fridge/freezer, fire up the French press or kettle for coffee, toast your bagels, and chill at the kitchen bar or the sunny porch.

For those longer hauls, washer/dryer are available once a week, plus free off-street parking so rolling up is a breeze.

I'm your easygoing host, sharing the place with my 3 y/o sweet mini Dachshund – she's a total pro at house manners, super chill with guests, and always under my watch. But heads up, we're a one-dog crew, so no other furry pals, please – keeps everything peaceful and drama-free.
