Hi everyone! My roommates and I are looking for a girl to take my place in the primary bedroom (with a private bathroom) in our 3 bed/2 bath luxury apartment in downtown St. Pete. Rent is $1549 + utilities and the room will be available starting in late February. The room is becoming available because I’ll be relocating out of state.

About us: Roommates are two girls in their mid-20s and early-30s (pictured below), and share the space with a friendly golden doodle. Ideally we’re looking for someone in a similar age range and are open to an additional pet if it’s a good fit.

About the apartment: The unit has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a balcony. The building offers great amenities including a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, grill, and clubhouse. It’s walking distance to the pier and a lot of great restaurants and bars.

No security deposit but the building has a required application fee of about $150 to get onto the lease.
