Downtown St. Pete's 2 Br Apartment/Condo to share

I am a middle-aged professional working in St. Petersburg. I do not work from home and have a traditional 8-6 M-F job. Very respectful, responsible, father of two young ladies who might visit, as well as my fiance who visits with some frequency from NY. I like the DTSP area and have rented a nice comfortable apartment, but I am looking to off-set the costs with someone responsible, kind, clean and who is a non-smoker and can also benefit from the location at a more reasonable pricing resulting from sharing. You'll need to provide your own furniture for your room. You will share use of the common areas. Let me know if interested and we can discuss further and dive into details. I am LGBTQ friendly and prefer someone who does not work from home 100% of the time like myself, but I am flexible. Also open to couples or if you have a partner(s) that you want to share your life with, as long as you are respoinsible for them. No pets at the moment, but I can be asked to reconsider.
