Room available in 3/2 luxury apartment

My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate to fill our third bedroom starting on 5/23. The apartment is a 3/2 in a luxury building in downtown St Pete and you’d need to apply and be approved by the building to get onto the lease.

Parking is $50 per month in the garage (or you could get a street parking pass through the city for about $20 per year) and apartment amenities include in unit laundry, a pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, in unit washer dryer, and dishwasher.

My roommate works from home and I am hybrid but travel for work every 3 weeks or so. We have a golden doodle so we’re looking for someone who is fine with dogs (and also who does not have a pet of their own). We’re both in our late twenties and would prefer somebody close to our age.
