I’m a 61 year-old male who’s taking care of my elderly mother who is 91 we’re very kind outgoing people, but we’re very quiet conservative looking for the same. It’s a three bedroom two bath house. My mom and I are in the back of the house you would have your own room and your own private bathroom shower and bathtub. Location is 2 miles from Clearwater Beach. Dunedin is literally. Quarter a mile away across the street is a beautiful park with walking and jogging and bike trails. Perfect for someone who works in the restaurant business not a party house just a place to live and relax. obviously a non-smoker no Loud music just respectful works. We have a Keurig coffee maker. You’re more than welcome to and your share the refrigerator and food storage.
