Three’s company too? Im not good at titles

House is three bedroom two bath and roughly 1500 ft.² in Clearwater. The room is roughly 10’x11’ and has a decent sized closet. All utilities are included as well as Wi-Fi. The house is concrete block with a crawlspace, and the roof is less than 10 years old with hurricane braces. It’s also about 100 feet above sea level so it is not in a flood zone. The air conditioning is about a year and a half old and the shower in the master bathroom just got a few parts replaced. I work overnight as a club manager, and she should be starting as a manager at a local pharmacy any day now. We’re just looking for someone that’s looking to save some money and give us some extra spending money to put into the house/ yard in a rough economy. The backyard is very large and has a fire pit and patio as well as a huge shed for storage and we’ve got attic space as well. We have two full bathrooms, one with a shower and tub and the other in the garage that is air-conditioned with a stand-up shower. The house is located about six minutes from the bridge over to Clearwater Beach. It’s almost a straight shot to Tampa and about 40 minutes from Saint Pete with many restaurants and places around for entertainment and food. There’s also a huge park located a few streets behind the house. We would obviously love to find someone that we get along with that can be not only a roommate but potentially a friend, but I understand that’s not always a requirement and some just like their space and we are fine with that too. I work a lot and I sleep during the day, but it’s very difficult to wake me up. I don’t mind guests for the roommates either. Fair warning I do own a few snakes. They are locked in cages but I know many people don’t care for them. We also have a cat and a couple small dogs so preferably we don’t want to add any more animals to the house, but if you’ve got a small dog or cat, it can potentially be arranged. The road out front is very busy at times so it’s probably not a good idea for indoor outdoor pet . My insurance restricts, larger breeds of dog as well. Overall, we’re just looking for someone preferably around our age that is trustworthy and if you are someone we can have a meal and watch a movie with, that’s even better. I like to keep the common areas clean, but I’m def not a neat freak or obsessive about it.
