The economy sucks save money here
The house is around 1500 ft.². It’s three bedrooms two bathrooms with a Florida room. The bedroom is roughly 11 X 10 with a fairly large closet. The house is concrete block with a crawlspace and has a roof less than 10 years old with hurricane bracing and it is at around 100 feet above sea level so it’s not in an evacuation area. I had a new air conditioning unit put in less than two years ago as well. It has a very large backyard with a concrete patio and fire pit, a Koi pond that is currently empty, and a wood deck. It’s in Clearwater, about six minutes from the bridge to Clearwater Beach, and almost a straight shot to the Courtney Campbell Causeway. There are many many many restaurants and bars in the area and a park that was redone during Covid on the other side of the neighborhood. On one side of the house is an empty house that is being fixed up a little by little by someone out of state, and an empty lot next-door. There are many many many restaurants and bars in the area and a park that was redone during Covid on the other side of the neighborhood. On one side of the house is an empty house that is being fixed up little by little by someone out of state, and a empty lot next-door. No problems with the neighbors. The bathrooms and kitchen were pretty much new when I moved in as well. I encourage anyone who lives with me to use the house and not just the bedroom. Currently, it is myself and a female roommate. She is most likely leaving at the end of February unless something changes. But both of us are easy to get along with. She cleans quite a bit and has two Chihuahuas. I had a Chihuahua, but unfortunately, he passed away at 18 years old earlier this year. I do have snakes, Locked in cages so if you’re not a snake fan, it may not be the place for you but they don’t come out very often and when they do, they are no harm. I am a strip club general manager about an hour north of Clearwater, so I’m usually gone Five days a week for about half the day. I like the common areas kept tidy, but I’m not a clean freak. I don’t care if your room is dirty or clean as long as there’s not things growing in there ha ha. Kate works at a warranty company. We have a pretty good thing going, but I want to get some stuff done around the house and I want to save some money which I haven’t been able to do, unfortunately, over the last couple years and it would be a big help to have someone join us for six months to a year. If she does end up moving out, I will likely rent the other room as well. I obviously prefer to live with people that I would not mind hanging out with, but with my schedule I don’t have a lot of free time. However, I’ve lived with people that I became great friends with, and I’ve lived with people that I only said hello too. Either is fine with me. my job is very stressful, especially in this economy and when I’m not working I like to relax and watch movies and enjoy a good meal. This year I would like to go back to the gym and get back on track physically as well as financially. My house has been a stepping stone for many people to getting their own home, getting married, having kids, etc. We prefer to have someone within our age range, but I don’t mind younger or a little older if you have any questions or if you want to see any digital photos? I will be happy to share them! Thanks and look forward to talking to you.
