Room includes full size bed, dresser, private in room fridge/freezer, recliner chair and mini split ac/heat pump with remote control.
Access to full kitchen and washer/dryer in the house.
Microwave, Keurig machine and toaster oven available on lanai near the room. Background check and first and last month's rent plus half month as security deposit required to move in at lease signing.
No Pets and no smoking.
The room is for 1 person.
My husband and I live in the home part time and have 3 other rooms inside the home rented to females.
