Looking for a clean, responsible roommate to rent 1 private bedroom in my 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome. I occupy the master suite, and you’ll have your own private bathroom. Not renting out both rooms. One furnished room or the other unfurnished. It’s just me. No pets. Room is available starting August 1st & the lease ends mid January 2027. I would provide a written roommate agreement that both parties would sign prior to moving in (do/don’t of the lease)
