Mom (therapist) + teen daughter (soccer athlete) + snowball (Shih Tzu) (happy little guy with a big personality) like to run around and socialize but also chill. We do soccer tournaments on the weekend. Searching for a female roommate that’s responsible, clean, and easy to get along with. College age + works great. Mom works from home quite a bit. Kid goes to dad’s house every other weekend. We live in Epperson (suburbs) and you will have access to both lagoons and can bring friends ($5/each). We live near the Grove, the Krates, and Wiregrass mall. Your room has a bathroom next to it. You can have it to yourself or share; Your preference. Utilities included. There’s a parking spot in the driveway and storage in the garage. Dog parks, walking paths, quiet sunsets, lots of neighbors hang out and will have events during the holidays.
