Unfurnished large 10x12 room with non-ensuite bathroom in a surprisingly quiet complex just off hwy 19, & south of Ranch Rd. Rent is $850 & 1st & last month's rent is due up front. Current lease will end June 30th, 2027.

You will have full access to kitchen & space in cabinet as needed, as well as full use of fridge in kitchen. **If a couple is renting rent will increase to $1000 per month. Let's talk.

The property offers a pool, BBQ area, clubhouse, pet area, even a pond with resident ducks.

You will need to do application/background check with landlord to be added to lease through June 2027. If you have a small dog, you'll need to have that approved & pay whatever that requires (we will need to also make sure our dogs get along).
