Private furnished room available for one person in my 2 bedroom home.
Snowbirds, longterm, or temporary welcome on a month to month basis.
Share home with 1 healthy, active, mostly retired holistic & naturalistic health therapist. I don't do pharmaceuticals.
I'm friendly, and can be sociable, but very much enjoy most of my time to myself, caring for my animals, gardening, reading, listening to 80s & alt rock music, and watching comedies.. etc. 📺
My home is older with a few flaws, but is afordable, comfortable, & artsy.
$575 per month includes utilities, shared kitchen and bath, private bedroom with 55" TV, DVD player, microwave, and mini refrigerator.
First and last months rent required to move in.
I have large dogs, cats, and chickens and prefer no other pets.
No smoking anything, no alcohol/drug abuse, and clean background check required.
Must have your own car, and a full time job unless you are retired.
If you are retired, you still should have your own car, a clean record, no drug or alcohol abuse & reliable income to cover your rent with ease.
