A little about me: I’m 34 and work from home during the day on projects in the festival and live events industry, then work evenings at a golf club. I’m easygoing and enjoy golfing, working out, music festivals, and relaxing at home.

The biggest thing I’m looking for is someone who is clean and organized, especially in the kitchen and common areas. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect everyone to clean up after themselves. Keeping the kitchen and shared spaces clean is very important to me.

I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful, communicates well, and is willing to help with basic yard work (mainly mowing the lawn). I’m 420 friendly, but smoking must be outside. The roommate will be added to the lease through the landlord, and income verification and a background check are required before move-in.
