The room is a furnished spare bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. It’s a clean, comfortable space with a closet and room to settle in right away. You’ll also have your own private bathroom, which makes it feel more like your own space within the home. Shared areas include the kitchen, living room, and laundry, and everything is kept fairly tidy with normal day-to-day use.
The home is located in a peaceful residential area with easy access to main roads, shopping, and everyday essentials. It’s a great fit if you want a calm place to come home to while still being close to everything you need. Parking is available in the driveway.
I do have pets—three dogs and a kitten—so being animal-friendly is a must. They are part of the home and very loved, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable around animals and respectful of that environment.
