Second floor, spacious furnished bedroom in a very clean 2100 sq ft home in a safe neighborhood. My wife and I are working professionalls & my 20-year old kind/respectful son lives here 2-weeks per month.

***Ideal location for traveling nurses, executives, students, or people in any transitory position. Great location & easy access to all areas of the Tampa Bay Area (see further details below).

Room has a brand new Queen bed/mattress, with 2 drawers built in the bed frame for clothes. The closet is very long with plenty of space to use for clothes, or whatever you may need to store. Next to the bed is a small 3-drawer nightstand with a reading lamp, Android & iPhone cords & adapter, ceiling fan/light, massage chair & a desk chair. In process of purchasing & wall mounting a new Smart TV, and will connect it to a cable box & internet for TV Apps.

Bathroom near room would be shared 2 weeks/month, and private the other 2 weeks.

Downstairs is very open; living/dining/kitchen/half bathroom, easy/open access to back screened patio. Living room with 75” Smart TV with Spectrum Cable is available to you anytime, as we are usually upstairs or out & about. I have one medium-sized VERY friendly older dog. For added safety, home has a Ring doorbell camera & an additional over-garage camera & motion lights. Front door is accessible by key or code for easy access.

This is a very clean, casual, friendly, and to repeat, DRAMA FREE home.

All utilities included - Both Spectrum & Frontier Fiber HIGH Speed 2GB Internet/ WiFi / cable & cable box / smart TVs / kitchen appliances / LARGE INDOOR washer & dryer. Laundry detergents, softeners, soaps, shampoos, etc. included (unless you prefer to use your own). That includes kitchen “staples”, butter, mayo/mustard/ketchup, oils/spices, water bottles, etc. Plenty of cabinetry space, & aside from the kitchen fridge/freezer, there’s a larger one in the garage. Screened patio offers comfy seating, BBQ grill, and mini-fridge.

I have 1-6 months listed, to help open up options for short or long term stays (also open for very short term @ 250.00/week).

As mentioned above, this could be ideal for Traveling Nurses due to location; St. Joseph’s Hospital-North is approx 5-Miles away, HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is approx 8-Miles, AdventHealth Central Pasco ER approx. 1.5 Miles.

Neighborhood is 3 miles East of Veterans Expressway & roughly 7-Miles to I-75 for access to any part of the Tampa Bay Area. Plenty of restaurants, shopping/malls, and entertainment very close.
