Small Bedroom in Holiday Condo

Single bedroom available on the first floor of a Holiday condo off of US-19.

I am a 44 year old single male, non-smoker, no drugs or alcohol.

Your share of the rent would be $700, this covers your share of the monthly rent in addition to electric and internet.

Included with your room is a closet, a shared bathroom with a stand-in shower, a shared kitchen with the usual amenities and a shared living room and patio.

I am quiet and peaceful and prefer things that way. I want somebody who is the same way or close to it, somebody who doesn't need background noise to get through their day.

I don't have any preference for my roommate's age or gender, but prefer another non-smoker who doesn't use drugs.

I presently have a roommate and I am in the process of having them move out. I am open to any questions you might have.
