Room Available 10 X 12 All Inclusive Price

Hello!

I have decided recently to rent out my guest room for 6-8 months. The house will no longer be available after that time, so this is a great temporary stay for someone who just needs to save up a bit.

2 bed, 1 Bath.

To make things easier, the rent is All-inclusive for rent and utilities.

The room has an optional free bed. Originally, I bought it for guests though it has only been slept in less than a handful of times so it's still in perfect condition.

The house has a large fenced in back yard and screened in back porch, Washer/Dryer and is within walking distance of the local grocery store.

I do have a cat and he is an absolute sweetheart, but Landlord has asked for no more pets in the house.

The neighborhood is quiet. neighbor houses on both sides are very nice.
