Semi-retired conservative veteran business owner with a house in a QUIET neighborhood who is willing to share this house in order to make ends meet. I have one 6 month old cat who is quite well behaved, and thus I prefer no additional pets.

I am NOT looking for a partier or drama. I'm very respectful of others' privacy and I expect the same in return. I get up pretty early every morning for my business and I'm 'usually' gone anywhere from half a day to a full day. Every other weekend I drive to Pinellas to take my shut-in mom shopping.

Rent will include all utilities currently subscribed to, as well as a membership at the local Sam's Club. Fully appointed kitchen with full kitchen privileges with just about every kitchen gadget you can think of. I have a large chest freezer in the garage so frozen storage isn't an issue. Power is underground so I can count on one hand the number of times I have lost power during inclement weather since I have lived here.

The living room & dining area is undergoing repainting and redecorating, but the guest bedroom is done and furnished. The house has a garage for storage, and the laundry is in the garage. The house has Central AC with a Smart Thermostat and is a smart house. I don't have cable, but I have FAST internet and I stream my live TV and TONS of channels for movies, shows, news & other live content and the room comes with a 40 inch connected Smart TV. There is an alarm system with cameras & sensors. Shopping is close by in several directions and we are very close to the popular downtown Tarpon Springs area. There is a large, new shopping center just minutes away in the Mitchell Ranch area with MULTIPLE grocery stores and MULTIPLE Walmarts also very close.
