Private and Peaceful and Secure

Large private home (3300 sq ft) - occupies by owners (Husband / Wife & 6yr old daughter) - Split floor plan (Master bedroom on opposite side of home). We prefer to rent to a single older lady who doesn't smoke or have any pets. One vehicle permitted, home sits on 2 1/2-acre private lot (dead end roadway), very private and secure, we do have 1 horse and 2 ponies. No guest sleep overs or parties and must be a non-smoker and quiet (laid back person) as we are the same. You will have your own private entrance by your room and easy parking for 1 car! Must be ok with allowing a background check as well!
