I am looking for a rent out room in my townhouse - a gated community and a quiet surrounding area. Must be a respectful and responsible Deaf female who cares and keeps everything in order and clean. Need a couple of references to prove you are genuine. You are responsible to pay for car entrance tag. A short term only. There are two Deaf clubs one in Palm Springs not far from here - Palm Beach County Deaf Club and other one at Broward County Deaf Club. Must be Deaf who is fluent in ASL.
