An unfurnished master bedroom with private (attached) bathroom & walk-in closet on the second floor of a 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse with a pond view. New washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave. 1 assigned parking space. (Note: 4 pictures were edited with AI to remove my current roommate's furniture/belongings).

The rent for the room is $1100 + $22.5 internet + ~$50-70 electricity per person per month. There is a 1-time $500 HOA application fee.
Very close to I-95. Located in Villages of Sandalwood Lakes South. The community has a pool and multiple tennis & pickleball courts (you can look up Perini Park on the maps).

This a 12-month lease starting May 1st, but you might be able to move in April 27th. Need to be able to pass a background & credit score check to be approved by the HOA and landlord. The HOA background check takes a few weeks, so I am looking to finalize things by early April. No pets or smoking.
