The townhome has a security system so you'll feel safe in your home! You will have access to all three pools, and tennis courts. I work a lot so you will have the house to yourself often. I do have a cat, but she is very calm and NOT aggressive. she doesn't leave my room if i'm not home, so she wont be a bother. There is a laundry room downstairs, and a large private patio to relax outside. The house is fully furnished.
