Spacious and cozy room with a very comfortable bed for rent in a 2 bedroom townhome with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Community is gated with 24/7 security. There is a large resort style pool, gym and club house. All
amenities are available for use. Price includes utilities and wifi with cable box and use of washer and dryer. You will be allotted one street parking spot in the community. The private room has a 55" TV. A one-
time $150 fee will be necessary as the community requires a background check. I am traveling a lot and you will have use of the home mostly to yourself. You are allowed guests only when you are there. No couples. No regular
overnight stays.
