Home is a two story structure. The room is upstairs and can rent to only one individual person, washer, dryer, Internet, kitchen privileges & utilities included. A mature quiet, clean person who is usually settled down through the night required. Must be employed outside of the home; $500 deposit plus $1000 first month rent to move in. Sorry we cannot accept pets at this time. If you need an immediate rental, we have an another room you we rent temporary until this one becomes available.
