Great place & energy to unwind & chill.

Room smaller side but has everything needed imaginable / and extra storage if needed.

I am a definite nite person always puttering till sunrise..
if youre a light sleeper it probably wouldn't work..
By no means am i noisy -just doing my thing.

I do have 2Ragdoll cats that think theyre dogs ,and pretty social with everyone else. Except me!!!!
i I am only their food source.....

I pretty much keep to myself although i can be quite chatty! i do like to cook at times and will pribably ask you to join me!
There is a good size tv to be put on wall to free up desk area if needed!. if you have a bigger one feel free . I do hve a75 in livingroom. I am very clean but certainly have my moments!

Nice modern bathroom in room.
Also a couch / nice to have am option instead of just " being in or on bed!.. wifi and electric included. Nice area ss you comein to sit and hang-/ among my jungle of plants!

references a must. please. Proof of income. prefer no short term renters . can't have people in and out..
4 units in building //all yr round people keep to themself
Also - brand new clubhouse /pool excersize/hottub etc.. walking dustance / diagonally across street!!
