I'm a 27 year old trans women who's ex-fiancée is moving out mid may and need someone to help make up some of the rent. I'd like to have someone that can double as a friend to hang out with, but not at all a requirement. LGBT friendly, have two adorable cats and the Livingroom is decked out so please feel free to have company over and fully enjoy the entire house! We have in unit laundry a nice sized kitchen and outdoor storage if needed. Your room has access to the balcony and we're on the 3rd floor. Rent total including internet water etc is around 2800$ so I'm only asking 1,000$ to help out. Hope it'll be nice to live with you c:
