I'm interested in someone who may want to take some money off the monthly fee by doing some work at the house. Nothing physically exhausting. Maybe some painting, misc. Errands for small projects such as replacing light bulbs hosing off and cleaning my patio etc. It can be discussed more if interested. The amount of rent would depend on how much you agree to do. Such as take out the garbage, misc. Outdoor projects such as fix sprinklers, etc.
I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Laundry, use of the patio and spa are included. No overnight guests as they tend to become permanent fixtures. Kitchen use, and clean-up is included. Running errands to the grocery, since you will be going anyway, would be included. Your bath would be your own as mine is my own. The furnishings are a bed, dresser and end table. Ceiling fan with light and a lamp. Feel free to expound on the furnishings. Smoking is permitted, OUTSIDE ONLY. I'm not concerned with 420 usage, but any other drugs will not be permitted. Use of the garage is also fine. No pets, no parties but friends for meals and drinks are fine as long as they leave at a readable hour such as 11 or 12.
