Private room for rent in RPB

Available to move in November 1st, a furnished bedroom and bathroom to share with my other tenant. Utilities included: water, power, wifi and cable. Furnishings include a bed, dresser, massage chair, wall mount tv and nightstands. You will have access to laundry and perhaps scheduled kitchen time as it is a small space. A fridge in your room provided for convenience. Cable package is directTV streaming and the room has a wall mounted TV. Driveway has ample parking. I’m looking for a year long commitment,6 months minimum. Background checks will be mandatory and the non refundable fee is $30. Move in deposit is $400 and rent monthly is $1,000 due on the first or upon move-in day. Rent paid later than the 5th has a 10% fee for every subsequent week delinquent. Must respect all roommates privacy and not disrupt the flow of the household. As the homeowner I strive hard to keep a peaceful happy family vibe going and expect any new tenant to actively support this goal. We are all adults here and I’ve had tenants many years so you have to be a good fit. In return I’m a very understanding and generous landlord and my beautiful house is a joy to live in, especially the friendly neighbors and parks within this non gated La Mancha community. I cannot accept pets, smokers or proxy people asking on behalf of someone else for this room.
