You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom, and utilities are included. Driveway parking is available. I’m a professional author and professor living on-site, into healthy living, yoga, nature, and travel. The house is non-smoking, alcohol-free, and drug-free. Ideally, you’re clean, friendly, and work or study full-time offsite. Proof of income, first month’s rent, a security deposit, references, and an application are required.
